B&G releases latest NEON™ OS version 2.5

B&G®, part of Navico Group, are excited to roll out the latest NEON™ OS version 2.5 for Zeus® S, Zeus S Ultrawide, Zeus SR, and Zeus SRX displays. The new B&G NEON™ OS version 2.5 introduces:

  • major user-interface enhancements
  • expanded sailing and charting tools
  • new third-party app integration
  • OP55 remote controller support
  • multiple usability improvements for Zeus® SR multifunction displays

Furthermore, this release also includes important bug fixes and service features such as software rollback capability.

Navigational Improvements in Activity bar.

Get rid of distractions by allowing the activity bar to be always on or hidden until needed. You can now place the activity bar at the top, right or bottom of the display, the choice is yours.

Chart Improvements in What if?

Perfect for navigating and racing, what if allows you to skip ahead to the next leg and understand how current conditions might affect your choice of sail or approach. Manually edit wind and tide to see how that might affect your next sailing decision.

Sailing Panel Overlay on top of your chart, so you can always see your sailing info, time and distance when navigating to a waypoint.
