Raytheon Anschütz offers state-of-the-art network-based radar transceivers and a new generation of multifunctional workstations for navigation, which provide the base for Radar, ECDIS or Conning applications – as needed by the respective customer.

 

Manual Steering Gear Control Systems

Raytheon Anschütz offers highly accurate, safe and flexible manual steering gear control systems, which can be configured according to any customer requirements.

 

Autopilots

With the experience of thousands of autopilot installations, Raytheon Anschütz has developed three different series of (adaptive and non-adaptive) autopilots, corresponding to the requirements of different vessel types.

 

Gyro Compass Systems/Repeater Compasses

Being the inventor of the gyro compass, Raytheon Anschütz offers sophisticated and cutting edge gyro compass technology based on over 110 years of experience. Raytheon Anschütz also offers maintenance-free solid-state gyros.

 

Special Naval/Submarine Equipment

In addition to the wide-ranging product line for surface ship applications, Raytheon Anschütz can offer a specialized product line as well as customer-specific applications for submarines. The product line extends the portfolio for example with advanced data management systems, chart tables and navigation consoles, various single-/multi-purpose displays as well as battery monitoring and customized 3D steering controls for submarines.

INS/IBS
The INS is focusing on ease of operation and system safety. Standardized operation philosophy and optimized functionality go hand in hand with reduced workload and stress. Additional functions and a higher degree of system integration make navigation more safe and bridge operations more efficient and simple.


Synapsis multifunctional workstations
Raytheon Anschütz offers state-of-the-art network-based radar transceivers and a new generation of multifunctional workstations for navigation, which provide the base for Radar, ECDIS or Conning applications – as needed by the respective customer.

Radar NX
The NautoScan® NX network radar transceivers distribute the radar raw video via Ethernet to an unlimited number of radar workstations on the bridge (depending on network setup). Pedestal and electronics have been carefully re-designed using state-of-the art and maintenance-free technology to contribute to trouble-free installation, fast and easy servicing and finally optimized cost of ownership.


Synapsis ECDIS NX
The new Synapsis ECDIS NX is the world’s first user-defined ECDIS, designed from the scratch under continuous user participation and based on consistent user interfaces and human-centered operation concepts. Thanks to an unparalleled intuitiveness, it effectively supports users and contributes to safe operation and navigation. The new Synapsis ECDIS NX complies with the latest IEC and IHO ECDIS Standards and offers smart functionality to simplify routines aboard.


Autopilot NP-5000
NP 5000 provides heading control, and course control and is part of a track control system. It combines best steering performance with lowest rudder activity for less fuel consumption. In addition it allows an intuitive operation and provides a perfect feedback about the steering performance.


Gyrocompass Std-22
The Standard 22 gyro compass was designed as a modular system to meet customer requirements. The system consists of up to three gyro compasses and can include an operator unit and a distribution unit. Another gyro, a magnetic compass, a satellite compass, and/or an external rate-of-turn gyro can be integrated as additional sensors.


Steering Control
NautoSteer AS is designed according to fail-safe principles and provides customers with maximum safety in manual and automatic steering gear control. No single failure in the system causes any unwanted rudder activity.

ECDIS 24
Raytheon Anschütz ECDIS 24 is a complete ECDIS package special made for stand-alone retrofits. It combines advanced functionality with cost-effective hardware setup. ECDIS 24complies with latest IEC and IHO ECDIS Standards (incl. new IEC Test Standard IEC 61174 Ed. 4.0).
